Job Summary

As a key member of the Front Office team, the Reception Manager plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our guests. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, this dynamic individual will be responsible for supervising staff, administering front office functions, and driving guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct front office staff to ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes.
  • Collaborate with managers and employees to implement procedures that maximize guest satisfaction and financial performance.
  • Monitor and maintain front office areas, including the bell desk, switchboard, and guest services/front desk.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest experience and employee engagement.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, or a related field.
