Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest check-ins, verifying guest identities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify guest identities and process check-ins, ensuring accurate room assignments and activation of room keys.
  • Set up guest accounts, enter Marriott Rewards information, and ensure accurate billing.
  • Secure payment prior to issuing room keys, verify and adjust billing as needed.
  • Compile and review daily reports, logs, and contingency lists.
  • Complete cashier and closing reports, balancing and dropping receipts.
  • Count and secure bank at the beginning and end of shift.
  • Obtain manual authorizations and follow all Accounting procedures.
  • Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any guest reports of theft.
