As a key member of the Talent Pal team, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Legal Manager to join our Middle East office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal services to the Regional HQ and overseeing the legal function across all solution lines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to the business on ad hoc matters.
  • Support all solution lines on contract negotiations, including drafting and vetting.
  • Oversight and management of Errors and Omissions/Litigious claims/Disputes.
  • Advice and guidance on all existing and new regulations.
  • Support to and collaboration with the compliance function.
  • Support to the corporate secretariate function initiatives on good corporate governance.
  • Support to the Internal Audit function and Risk Function where required.

Requirements:
  • Experience in the interpretation and application of regulation.

About the Role:
This is a full-time onsite position based in Dubai. The successful candidate will be required to be proficient in English and Arabic. If you are a qualified lawyer with 5+ years of post-qualification experience in the Financial Services sector, we encourage you to apply.
