Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to join our team at TD. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business transformation and ensuring seamless change adoption across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Change Plans: Create and execute comprehensive change plans that drive adoption of business changes, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Collaborate with Business Stakeholders: Work closely with business owners and sponsors to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies to drive business outcomes.
  • Ensure Compliance and Governance: Adhere to enterprise frameworks and methodologies, ensuring that business operations are in compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives: Participate in cross-functional initiatives as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to drive business outcomes.
  • Conduct Research and Analysis: Conduct internal and external research projects, analyzing data to inform business decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and Deliver Presentations: Develop and deliver presentations to management and other stakeholders, communicating business insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor and Improve Performance: Monitor service, productivity, and efficiency levels, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
  • Lead and Facilitate Change: Lead and facilitate change initiatives, developing and implementing remediation plans to address performance and risk issues.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with enterprise and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay Current with Emerging Trends: Stay current with emerging trends, issues, and regulatory requirements, assessing potential impacts on the business.
