About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Change Management Director to join our team at Visa. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our product change management efforts and ensuring seamless execution of product changes across our global business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Product Change Management Efforts: Develop and implement effective product change management strategies to ensure successful execution of product changes.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product owners, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks associated with product changes.
  • Drive Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process and tool improvement and drive initiatives to enhance our product change management capabilities.
  • Develop and Maintain Change Management Plans: Create and maintain comprehensive change management plans to ensure successful execution of product changes.
  • Provide Thought Leadership: Share expertise and best practices in product change management to drive organizational excellence.
Requirements
  • 10+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in product change management, with a strong track record of leading successful product change initiatives.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and assignments.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of project management and Agile tools, such as JIRA, and experience with change impact assessments.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to quickly master new systems and processes.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to drive business outcomes through effective product change management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 12+ Years of Experience: Additional experience in product change management, with a strong track record of leading successful product change initiatives.
  • Payments Experience: Experience in the payments industry, with a strong understanding of payment systems and processes.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced-level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
