About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Professional to join our team at AtkinsRéalis. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for the successful management of large-scale multi-disciplinary projects within the UAE and GCC Region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery
    • Communicate project scope, fee, deliverables, and program with the team through regular updates.
    • Manage sub-consultants' agreements and payments, ensuring technical management through design management.
    • Ensure the project execution plan addresses design management requirements, including integration and interface management between client requirements and sub-consultant design packages.
    • Support the project director and project manager in producing the project management suite of documents and standard forms.
    • Assist in risk identification and management.
    • Assist in identifying and managing scope changes and scope extensions.
    • Identify resourcing issues and requirements, coordinating with technical team leads and escalating to project director/project manager when necessary.
    • Provide timely external and internal monthly reporting by implementing a planned delivery schedule for routine reporting.
    • Ensure quality systems processes are adhered to in the delivery of projects.
    • Undertake debriefs with clients.
    • Assist in managing the work financially, technically, and contractually.
    • Monitor design team progress and costs, highlighting where costs are not tracking as planned and coordinating with project technical leads to mitigate against potential over-runs/underspends.
    • Have a good understanding of risk and manage risks proactively through the use of tools provided and regular team and client engagement, updating contingency requirements regularly.
    • Prepare invoices for review and sign-off by the project director and keep financial registers up to date.
    • Drive the change process and be responsible for compilation of variations.
  • Client Management
    • Liaise and interact with clients for technical delivery components of the project.
  • Administrative
    • Perform administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, estimates, meeting minutes, scheduling meetings, tracking, and reporting project progress.
