Job Title: Assistant Clinic Manager

About the Role:

Talent Shark is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Clinic Manager to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the Clinic Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional patient experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Support:
  • Assist the Clinic Manager in managing day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and patient satisfaction.
Patient Management:
  • Oversee patient scheduling, consultations, and follow-ups, ensuring timely and effective communication with patients and healthcare providers.
  • Address patient inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally, maintaining confidentiality and patient records in accordance with regulations.
Staff Supervision:
  • Support the recruitment, training, and supervision of clinic staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional patient care.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Financial Management:
  • Assist in monitoring clinic budgets and expenses, ensuring accurate billing and payment processing.
  • Support in financial reporting and analysis, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
Marketing and Business Development:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and promote the clinic's services.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns, maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Compliance and Safety:
  • Ensure the clinic adheres to health and safety regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and practices.
  • Implement and monitor infection control protocols, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in clinic management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
