Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administration Manager to join our team at Charterhouse Middle East. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Administration Team, implementing and delivering company policies and procedures, and ensuring the smooth operation of the school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Administration Team and provide guidance and support to ensure the effective delivery of administrative tasks.
- Implement and deliver company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Oversee facilities management, maintenance, renovations, and safety of the school, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for students and staff.
- Manage budgeting and expenses of the school, ensuring effective financial management and control.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Collaborate with the school principal to develop and implement HR procedures, including attendance monitoring, staff leave, and employee records.
- Oversee training and development of staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent knowledge of working within the education sector, with a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
- Professional and personable approach, with exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to use initiative and handle diverse situations with confidence.
- Ability to multi-task under demanding deadlines, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
