Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Manager to lead our brand management, social media, PR, and events, and performance marketing initiatives in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both the technology and fashion/cosmetics industries.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Brand Management
    • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.
    • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms, enhancing brand positioning within the market.
    • Conduct market research to stay updated on trends in fashion, cosmetics, and technology.
  2. Social Media Strategy
    • Create, implement, and oversee social media campaigns that engage target audiences and drive brand awareness.
    • Manage content creation, ensuring that it aligns with brand guidelines and trends in the fashion and tech industries.
    • Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  3. Public Relations & Events
    • Develop and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and other stakeholders to promote the brand through press releases, interviews, and event sponsorships.
    • Plan and execute PR initiatives, including media events, product launches, and brand collaborations.
    • Represent the brand at key industry events, ensuring positive media coverage and brand alignment.
  4. Performance Marketing
    • Drive customer acquisition through performance marketing channels (PPC, SEO, SEM, paid social, etc.).
    • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns to meet key performance indicators (KPIs), such as lead generation, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
    • Collaborate with the analytics team to monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to ensure optimal results.
  5. Collaboration & Cross-functional Leadership
    • Work closely with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
    • Provide leadership to the marketing team, fostering innovation and creativity in all marketing efforts.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand management, social media, PR, and performance marketing.
  • Strong experience in both the technology and fashion/cosmetics industries.
  • Proven success in managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital and traditional platforms and launching products and brands.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling brand narratives.
  • Ability to manage budgets, analyze data, and report on marketing performance.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Skills
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and CRM platforms.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and performance metrics.
  • Experience working with influencers and managing brand partnerships in the fashion and beauty space.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing trends.
  • The ability to oversee multiple projects and ensure timely completion within budget.
  • Strategic thinking, long-term marketing plan, and ability to develop a long-term marketing strategy aligned with marketing goals.
  • Analytical skills, analyzing marketing trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Digital marketing knowledge of marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
  • Budget management.
