  • Provide CRM reporting and insights to inform marketing decisions
  • Manage customer lifecycle through database segmentation and engagement
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive single view of our customers

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience in a similar Digital leadership role
  • Experience in an enterprise-level CMS and CRM solution
  • Deep knowledge of performance marketing
  • Experience in a CDP, DAM, enterprise loyalty solution, or GA360
  • Fluency in English and excellent oral and written communication skills
