Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Head of Business Development to join our team at RemoteWorker US. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Outbound Account Executives, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team of 7-10 Outbound Account Executives to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to improve the sales process and increase revenue.
  • Monitor performance and provide regular feedback to team members.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Sales to establish sales goals and targets.
  • Stay informed about market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of leadership and management experience for teams of 7+ sales professionals.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, Google Sheets, and other technology preferred.
