We are seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our team at Dice. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and end-user support in various areas, including Mac OS, Microsoft Windows platform, Microsoft Office 365, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and expertise to end-users, including VIP and executive support.
  • Offer desktop/laptop break/fix/maintenance support, as well as technology onboarding, deployment, and offboarding asset recovery.
  • Collaborate with other support teams to resolve first-line issues and escalate as needed.
  • Provide support for growing mobility platforms, including iOS, Android, and Windows-based platforms.
  • Participate in PC and laptop build projects.
  • Work in an ITIL-based Service Desk environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in an ITIL-based Service Desk environment.
  • Technical expertise in Mac OS, Microsoft Windows platform, Microsoft Office 365, and other relevant areas.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
