Senior Administrative Coordinator

We are a leading group of companies in the UAE, seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in administration and possess excellent organizational skills.

The role involves coordinating daily activities, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop systems to streamline workflow, prioritize tasks, and troubleshoot conflicts.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, schedule meetings, and handle VIP protocol.
  • Manage emails, respond to documents on behalf of executives, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
