Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Descon Abu Dhabi Emirate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, appointments, travel, and correspondence for senior executives. They will also prepare documents and reports for meetings, serve as the main point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, draft and manage business communications, and organize meetings.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or PA, particularly in large or multinational EPC contracting companies. They should be proficient in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.) and have exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
