The company also operates MPN, a multimedia sales house that offers premium out-of-home assets, video production, event sponsorship, and activations.

Job Overview:

The Guest Relation Associate plays a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to cinema patrons at Roxy Cinema, a part of Dubai Holding Entertainment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests, while also assisting in all areas of operations to deliver an outstanding movie experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Provide courteous and professional guest service to cinema patrons, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
  2. Assist in all areas of operations, including front of house, ticketing, and concession sales.
  3. Represent Dubai Holding Entertainment and Roxy Cinema in a positive manner, maintaining a professional brand image.
  4. Ensure the enforcement of company rules and policies, providing crowd control and ensuring guest safety.
  5. Attend to all guest requests and inquiries, providing prompt and efficient service.
  6. Perform duties in all front of house positions, including ticketing, concession sales, and guest service.
  7. Operate automated ticketing systems and assist with day-to-day accounting and financial matters.
  8. Support with cinema advertising and promotional events, as required.
  9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols.
  10. Assist in emergency situations and ensure that all presentations and standards are achieved.
  11. Complete assigned tasks within given deadlines and perform any other duties as required by management.

Qualifications:

High School Certificate

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in a Customer Service role, preferably in F&B

Skills:

Relevant product knowledge of food and beverage

Desired:

Knowledge of Vista
