Job Description
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of all tasks associated with this role. At Anantara, our team members are encouraged to innovate and enhance the guest experience. The primary responsibilities for this position include:
- Anticipating guest needs and addressing inquiries with a warm and attentive approach.
- Possessing comprehensive knowledge of the hotel offerings, including room categories, pricing, amenities, dining options, wellness facilities, and other Anantara locations.
- Ensuring that the service provided to guests meets the exceptional standards of Anantara at all times.
- Taking personal accountability for resolving guest satisfaction issues and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Being proactive and creative in suggesting alternatives that enhance the guest experience.
- Fostering a collaborative and positive working relationship with all hotel departments.
- Conducting daily briefings and effectively communicating essential information to team members.
- Performing night audit tasks, including report generation and daily revenue analysis.
Qualifications
- A degree in hospitality management or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Front Office role or similar capacity.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in additional languages such as German, Italian, Chinese, or Arabic being advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
