Falla Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled Culinary Team Lead to join our dynamic team. As the right-hand person to the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing food preparation and presentation to ensure exceptional quality and consistency.

This role involves directing the food preparation process, delegating tasks, and supervising all kitchen stations. You will work closely with the Head Chef to create new menu items, recipes, and develop dishes that showcase your culinary expertise.

To succeed in this role, you must have 4-5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a 5-star hotel or high-end restaurant environment. Your background in American/Italian or Fusion cuisines will be beneficial, as well as your immediate availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Directing the food preparation process and delegating tasks
  2. Cooking and preparing high-quality dishes
  3. Assisting the Head Chef in creating menu items, recipes, and developing dishes
  4. Supervising all kitchen stations
  5. Ensuring health and safety standards
  6. Maintaining food quality and excellent standards for all dishes
  7. Assisting with determining food inventory needs, stocking, and ordering
  8. Ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations, including sanitary and food safety guidelines
