Job Description

Role: Customer Service Support Officer

Location: Emaar Business Park

Role Purpose:

Deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with established standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely opening and closing of customer applications.
  • Implement and follow up on tasks in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and obtain necessary approvals for financial applications.
  • Efficiently troubleshoot customer issues.
  • Adhere to and exceed customer expectations regarding turnaround times.
  • Coordinate and communicate with other departments in a professional manner.
  • Participate in regular review and development meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and provide monthly reports.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of actions taken.
  • Support customer service agents as needed.
  • Provide technical assistance to colleagues when required.

Specialized Skills and Technical Knowledge:

  • Demonstrate flexibility when interacting with team members.
  • Proficient in data processing skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills.

Required Experience:

  • Previous banking experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of regulated financial services and banking industries.
  • Detailed understanding of asset products.
  • In-depth understanding of internal processes, procedures, and systems.
