Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Admissions Support: Provide administrative support to the International Admissions Officers, ensuring timely and efficient processing of student applications.
  • Data Entry and Management: Enter, update, and verify data into various systems, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Serve as a secondary point of contact for prospective students and applicants, providing consistent, accurate, and timely information about the University.
  • Enrollment and Registration: Facilitate student enrollment, housing, and registration processes, ensuring a smooth transition for accepted students.
  • Project Support: Assist in admission projects as requested, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new software and systems.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.

  • Skills: Strong keyboarding and computer skills, with experience in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel) preferred.

Work Environment
