TXM Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Secretary to the DG to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to our Director General, ensuring the effective operation of their office.
Main Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for all matters concerning the DG office, responding to internal and external inquiries as necessary.
- Provide expert secretarial and administrative support, including drafting, editing, and preparing correspondence, reports, agendas, meeting notes, and action points.
- Manage the DG's daily schedule and task list, setting priorities and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Arrange meetings, conferences, and events, coordinating logistics, travel arrangements, and documentation.
- Ensure the highest level of discretion, judgment, and diplomacy in handling confidential information and sensitive matters.
- Undergraduate degree with at least seven years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in an international non-profit organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, with native-level proficiency in Arabic required.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and attention to detail.
- Interpersonal skills, flexibility, and adaptability in a multicultural environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability, decision-making capability, and emotional maturity.
