Job Description

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the PMC team in various administrative tasks. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the reconciliation of SZHP, DOF & FTA business on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis. Additionally, you will be responsible for registering SZHP, DOF & FTA cases, uploading documents, and updating the PMC master sheet. Your duties will also include payment registration and invoicing follow-up, reviewing and comprehending invoice descriptions, managing departmental emails, preparing necessary reports, and contacting clients for Oracle registration.

Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures
  • Analyze and document business processes and problems to develop solutions to enhance efficiencies.
PMC
  • Progress payment/valuation/Invoices/FTA cases registration (Shareholder, Excel, and Oracle system).
  • Project file registration (Shareholder, Excel, and Oracle system).
  • SZHP, DOF & FTA reconciling (weekly and monthly basis).
  • Business monthly reports (Performance Indicator KPI, Pending cases, and under process cases reports).
  • Monthly MIS preparation.
  • Manage and follow up all kind of emails related to the department, contact the customers and clients based on business needs.
  • Ensure a high standard of report output and quality control.
Risk
  • Monitor exposure to risk and compliance of respective development advisory department.
Training

In-house training will be given.

Requirements

  • Bachelor University Degree.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Accounting knowledge.
  • Good to advance Microsoft programs knowledge.
