Overview
As a Coordinator of Employee Relations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all HR functions are executed in accordance with established policies and procedures, fostering a consistent and controlled work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute tasks with minimal oversight while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate personnel to ensure timely resolution.
  • Manage employee attendance records, including leaves and vacations, to monitor overall absenteeism.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations among all staff members.
  • Follow up with employees regarding medical documentation for sick leaves and absence notifications.
  • Oversee medical insurance claims and coordinate with insurance providers for employee reimbursements.
  • Issue and revoke access cards in line with security protocols.
  • Prepare orientation materials for new hires, including welcome kits.
  • Calculate absenteeism metrics for end-of-service settlements.
  • Address employee inquiries related to company policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate the processing of work visas and labor contracts.
  • Collaborate with employees and Public Relations Officers (PROs) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain and update necessary documentation accurately.
  • Lead the renewal processes for work visas and labor contracts.
  • Process applications, renewals, and cancellations for labor cards, work permits, and residency visas.
  • Schedule medical assessments required for residency visa applications.
  • Update documentation in the HR Information Management System (HRIMS) based on expiration dates.
  • Initiate and maintain accurate employee personal data within the Human Resource Management System (HRMS).
  • Stay informed on new immigration and labor laws as communicated by the PRO and HR Manager.
  • Compile staff turnover reports, including newcomers, leavers, and total headcount, as well as Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports for absenteeism.
  • Update staff lists as necessary.
  • Engage in relevant projects and community initiatives as required.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
