- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CIPD, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP are advantageous.
- A minimum of 8 years in resolving complex employee relations issues.
- Proficient in various HR disciplines, including compensation, organizational development, and UAE employment law.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Meticulous organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Sound commercial acumen, understanding financial principles and business outcomes.
- Ability to interpret and apply relevant laws and regulations.
- In-depth understanding of organizational structures and compensation practices.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
