  • Analyze HR metrics and trends in partnership with HR Centers of Excellence to create effective solutions and policies.
  • Manage complex employee relations matters, ensuring thorough and objective investigations.
  • Stay informed about legal requirements affecting employee management, partnering with legal teams as necessary.
  • Review job descriptions and assess roles in accordance with compensation guidelines.
  • Provide insights into variable pay structures and performance management.
  • Guide line management on performance management practices, including coaching and career development.
  • Support new employees with HR-related inquiries and processes.
  • Contribute to workforce planning and succession planning efforts.
  • Identify training needs and facilitate organizational change initiatives.
  • Evaluate training programs to ensure they meet organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with legal advisors on complex HR issues.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology is preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as CIPD, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP are advantageous.
Experience
  • A minimum of 8 years in resolving complex employee relations issues.
  • Proficient in various HR disciplines, including compensation, organizational development, and UAE employment law.
Knowledge & Skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Meticulous organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Sound commercial acumen, understanding financial principles and business outcomes.
  • Ability to interpret and apply relevant laws and regulations.
  • In-depth understanding of organizational structures and compensation practices.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
