We are seeking a driven Client Acquisition Manager to acquire and manage small to medium business clients for our telecom services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building strong customer relationships to drive revenue growth.

About the Role:

  • Key Responsibilities:
    Prospect new business opportunities and maintain a steady pipeline of potential clients.
    Follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and conduct face-to-face meetings.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with SMB customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
    Provide after-sales support, handle customer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis:
    Stay updated on telecom industry trends, competitive offerings, and market conditions.
    Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve sales strategies.
