Job Description:

The Rooms Team Leader is responsible for overseeing housekeeping and room operations within the hotel to ensure high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction. This role involves supervising housekeeping staff, ensuring room readiness, maintaining quality control, and assisting in training and development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of housekeeping or hotel operations experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, and quality control.
