The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering, with a focus on instrumentation and control systems. A bachelor's degree or higher diploma in a relevant field is required, as well as at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and control the operation of the power plant, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  2. Collaborate with the operations team to identify and resolve any issues that may arise.
  3. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance plant performance and safety.
  4. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
  5. Participate in regular maintenance and testing activities to ensure the plant is running at optimal levels.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a power plant environment.
  3. Strong knowledge of instrumentation and control systems.
  4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
