Office Administration and Documentation

Pure Water Technology is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Office Administration and Documentation professional to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong ability to multitask, and the capacity to handle a fast-paced environment.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- The preferred candidate should have knowledge of the construction process and work procedures.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office platforms is necessary.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in document management is required.
- Familiarity with site construction documentation is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Managing petty cash reports.
- Organizing a filing system for important company documents.
- Responding to queries from employees and clients.
- Distributing office correspondence.
- Preparing monthly invoices for projects.
- Following up on pending payments.
- Supporting the payroll officer with staff duty verification at sites.
- Initiating and updating online/offline registration of the company.
- Preparation of submittal documents for consultants.
- Regularly checking tender portals for new project opportunities.
- Supporting the completion of regular reports.
- Assisting in preparing commercial and technical documents for tender submissions.
