Job Role: Office Administration and Documentation

Pure Water Technology is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Office Administration and Documentation professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong ability to multitask, and the capacity to handle a fast-paced environment.

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • The preferred candidate should have knowledge of the construction process and work procedures.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office platforms is necessary.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in document management is required.
  • Familiarity with site construction documentation is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Managing petty cash reports.
  • Organizing a filing system for important company documents.
  • Responding to queries from employees and clients.
  • Distributing office correspondence.
  • Preparing monthly invoices for projects.
  • Following up on pending payments.
  • Supporting the payroll officer with staff duty verification at sites.
  • Initiating and updating online/offline registration of the company.
  • Preparation of submittal documents for consultants.
  • Regularly checking tender portals for new project opportunities.
  • Supporting the completion of regular reports.
  • Assisting in preparing commercial and technical documents for tender submissions.
