Office Administrator

- Manage office and adminworks
- Arrange shipments with Aramex and othersto and from all countries
- Manage all Bankdocumentation and communication with ENBD on related letters ofcredits and related paperwork
- Collect documentsto issue and process visa
- Create and follow upthe purchasing requests related to the manager approval to meet theoffice needs (e.g., office supplies)
- File andkeep tracks of important documents andcontracts
- Organize and maintain documents,presentations, and reports.
- Prepare thenecessary internal/external correspondence /letters
- Keep record of the medical samplesinventory at the office
- Coordinate travelarrangements, including bookings anditineraries.
- Assist finance-related task suchas invoice receiving, review and processing for payment, PR/POcreation, amendments and tracking; vendor creation and amendment;following up with vendors on invoice provision; and overallcoordination with AP and paymentsteam.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree orDiploma holder in Business Admin orequivalent.
- At least 3-5 years of workexperience in office administration.
- Excellentcommunication skills (written andverbal).
- Proficient in MS Officesuite
- Available to joinimmediately
