Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Lead to join our team at EMSTEEL Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading small or mid-size teams and driving process improvement initiatives across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business plans that align with senior stakeholders' goals
  • Coordinate projects in Demand Planning, focusing on process improvement and business result enhancement
  • Maintain strong coordination skills and excellent presentation abilities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Mathematics, or Technical University
  • 10-15 years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably in Demand Planning for mature industries like FMCG/CPG or Metal production
  • 3-4 years of managerial experience leading teams
  • Customer service-oriented thinking and experience with SAP
Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in relevant field
  • Strong data analytics skills and ability to work with large data sets
  • Experience with Advanced Planning and forecasting Systems & Tools, i.e. Anaplan, IBP, APO
  • Microsoft Excel, pivot tables, and Power BI expertise
