Key Responsibilities:- Developing and implementing comprehensive business growth strategies to drive expansion and market penetration in the Dubai region.
- Owning the entire sales process—from lead generation and account management to closing deals with C-suite executives—ensuring efficient and effective execution.
- Building and nurturing strategic relationships with fintechs, money remittance companies, and other financial institutions to enhance TerraPay's market position.
- 10+ years experience in Payments, Fintech, or Financial Services industry, with hands-on experience in B2B enterprise sales.
- Preferred direct experience selling to Enterprise-grade clients such as major Money Remittance Operators, PSPs, Fintechs, traditional or challenger Banks.
- Strong understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and industry requirements.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with clients, partners, third parties, and colleagues.
