About AZAdea: We are an industry leader in dental implants and oral restoration, seeking a talented Territory Manager to drive business growth and develop relationships with dental professionals in the Toronto North region.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key dental professionals to increase sales and market share.
  • Conduct strategic planning to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
  • Provide consulting, training, and education on our portfolio of products and services to dental professionals.
  • Forecast and report on sales performance to ensure business objectives are met.
  • Represent our company at trade shows, conferences, and CE workshops to promote our products and services.

Requirements:

  • A university degree is required, with a major in Business or Science being an asset.
  • Proven success in B2B selling with at least 3 years of documented experience.
  • Direct dental or medical sales experience is preferred, with a proven ability to manage an expansive territory.
  • Must have relevant Canadian marketplace sales experience.

Skills and Competencies:

  • High energy hunter-style sales professional with strong technical aptitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with dental professionals.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, a good driving record, and an insured vehicle.
