Business Development Manager for Tissue and Disposable Products

Job Objective
As a key member of the Talent Pal team, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our sales force. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing assigned key accounts and channel partners, with a focus on selling a diverse range of tissue and disposable products.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed set sales revenue targets for assigned territories.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive business growth and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities and proactively pursue them.
- Maintain accurate records of customer sales activity to support management reporting and decision-making.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Strong customer focus and business acumen.
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
- Achievement-oriented and results-driven.
- Valid UAE driving license and own car.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role in Non-Food FMCG in the UAE.
- Relevant experience in selling tissue or disposable products.
