Position Overview

As an HR Strategic Partner at AL Rostamani Group LLC, you will play a pivotal role in aligning human resources strategies with the overarching goals of the organization. Your expertise will be essential in shaping a robust workforce and enhancing the overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with senior leadership to synchronize HR initiatives with business objectives, focusing on long-term workforce planning and talent forecasting.
  • Provide insightful HR counsel to line management, ensuring effective guidance is available when needed.
  • Foster and sustain a vibrant organizational culture while continuously enhancing employee satisfaction.
  • Advise on initiatives aimed at cultural transformation and employee wellness, promoting diversity and inclusion.
  • Collaborate with management to address conflicts, enhance employee relations, and cultivate a positive work environment.
  • Partner with the recruitment team to attract and retain top talent, developing strategies to minimize turnover.
  • Implement programs that boost employee engagement and motivation, including conducting surveys and creating actionable improvement plans.
  • Analyze HR metrics in collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence to devise effective solutions and policies.
  • Manage complex employee relations matters, ensuring thorough and impartial investigations.
  • Stay informed about legal requirements affecting employee management, working closely with the legal department to mitigate risks.
  • Review job descriptions and assess roles in accordance with compensation guidelines.
  • Provide ongoing performance management support to line management, including coaching and disciplinary actions.
  • Assist new employees with HR-related inquiries and support organizational change initiatives.
  • Identify training needs and skill gaps within business units, facilitating professional development opportunities.
  • Evaluate training programs to ensure they meet organizational objectives and follow up on their effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with legal advisors on complex HR-related legal issues.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology is preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as CIPD, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP are advantageous.
Experience
  • At least 8 years of experience in resolving intricate employee relations issues.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of various HR disciplines, including compensation, organizational diagnosis, and UAE employment law.
Skills and Competencies
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Meticulous organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of financial principles and business outcomes.
  • Ability to interpret and apply relevant laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
