Caliberly is a dynamic and innovative company seeking an experienced and skilled HR professional to join our team. As a Strategic HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success by developing and implementing effective HR strategies and initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • **Recruitment and Talent Management:**
    • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent and support business objectives.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring.
    • Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and integration.
  • **Employee Relations and Engagement:**
    • Act as the point of contact for employee concerns and provide guidance on HR-related issues.
    • Promote a positive work culture and resolve conflicts and grievances effectively.
  • **Performance Management and Development:**
    • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to support employee development and organizational goals.
    • Provide guidance to managers on performance management and development plans.
  • **Compliance and Policy Management:**
    • Ensure adherence to local labor laws and regulations and keep updated with any changes.
    • Develop and update HR policies and procedures to align with legal requirements and best practices.
  • **Training and Development:**
    • Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs for employees.
    • Promote continuous improvement and skill enhancement within the team.
  • **Compensation and Benefits:**
    • Oversee the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs.
    • Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary structures and benefits packages.
  • **HR Analytics and Reporting:**
    • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
    • Prepare and present HR reports to senior management.

**Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience with a focus on real estate or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD) is a plus.
