CEO Support Specialist

We are Renty, a rapidly growing IT company specializing in luxury car rental services in the UAE. As a full-time on-site Personal Assistant to our CEO, you will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, handling executive administrative tasks, and performing various clerical duties based in Dubai.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and diary management skills, as well as strong clerical skills.
Responsibilities- Manage the CEO's schedule and coordinate travel arrangements
- Handle executive administrative tasks, including maintaining confidentiality
- Perform various clerical duties, such as data entry and filing
- Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Excellent Communication and Diary Management skills
- Strong Clerical skills
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in office software and scheduling tools
- Experience working with executives is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
