About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inside Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team at Petra Mechatronics. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Generate and Qualify Sales Leads: Research and identify new business opportunities, and qualify leads to ensure they meet our sales criteria.
  • Negotiate and Close Deals: Negotiate and close sales deals with customers, ensuring that all agreements are mutually beneficial and align with our company's goals.
  • Provide Technical Support: Collaborate with our technical teams to provide technical support and solutions to customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to ensure that our sales strategies remain effective and competitive.
