About the Role

The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in driving Talent Pal's expansion in both regional and international markets. This position will focus on innovative client acquisition strategies designed to resonate with diverse audiences. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in digital marketing, brand development, and strategic market penetration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate brand visibility in both local and global markets.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to uncover emerging opportunities and trends.
  • Design and execute targeted client acquisition initiatives tailored to various demographics.
  • Establish collaborations with influencers, media outlets, and complementary brands to amplify reach.
  • Oversee the production of marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
  • Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance, utilizing data to refine approaches.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to synchronize marketing efforts with sales objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to drive marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee and optimize the marketing budget for effective resource allocation.

Qualifications for Success

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with a focus on both international and regional markets.
  • Demonstrated success in client acquisition and growth marketing strategies.
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Experience in a startup environment, with a flexible and adaptive approach to evolving business needs.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse cultural contexts.
  • Experience in the fashion or retail sector is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
