Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute client acquisition strategies tailored to various market segments.
  • Establish partnerships with influencers, media outlets, and complementary brands to boost visibility.
  • Oversee the production of marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing initiatives align with sales objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to execute marketing campaigns.
  • Optimize the marketing budget to ensure effective resource allocation.

Qualifications for Success

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, particularly in international and regional markets.
  • Demonstrated success in client acquisition and executing growth marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Experience in a startup environment, showcasing adaptability to changing business needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to customize messaging for diverse cultural contexts.
  • Experience in the recruitment or technology sector is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
