About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and revenue expansion in the Industrial Oil sector. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive business growth and revenue expansion in the Industrial Oil sector.
  2. Develop and execute business strategies to achieve targeted goals.
  3. Collaborate with sales and distributor teams to submit techno-commercial proposals.
  4. Conduct annual Business Reviews for IO Segment Managers in TEMME.
  5. Make joint customer calls with the Sales & Distributor teams in the complete sales excellence cycle.

Potential Projects
  1. Develop new business volume of +600T annually from new accounts across Direct & Distributor Markets.
  2. Conduct trials at customer locations in Direct & Distributor Markets.
  3. Conduct trainings at key industrial accounts.

Portfolio Management
  1. Manage the set of customers developed.
  2. Build relationships at all levels within the customer business to give a feel of partnership relationship.
  3. Work towards a preferred Brand position within the industry.
  4. Work alongside the Sales team to help introduce new products in existing accounts which involves long trials and approvals.
  5. Provide updates on the Competitor activities on a regular basis to the Management.
  6. Regularly update the customer database with new customer prospects.
  7. Report on new developments in the market in terms of projects in the region as well as new projects secured by the existing customers.
