- Conduct regular inspections of storage areas to ensure proper supplies, organization, and cleanliness.
- Establish par levels for supplies and equipment, and requisition additional items as needed.
- Prepare weekly work schedules in accordance with staffing guidelines and labor forecasts.
- Assign work and side duties to staff, ensuring compliance with departmental procedures.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings with staff to review important information and ensure a smooth service.
- Inspect the preparation of station assignments to ensure compliance with departmental standards.
- Monitor the quality of food and beverage service, addressing any issues promptly.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of restaurant operations and management principles. You will be expected to maintain a high level of knowledge of all aspects of the restaurant, including menu items, preparation methods, and liquor regulations.
