- Complaint Resolution: Handle complaints, incidents, and accidents occurring in the hotel in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that our guests receive a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Team Motivation and Development: Motivate and develop our Guest Services team to upsell and ensure that the rates given match the instructions received, resulting in increased revenue and guest satisfaction.
- Guest Relationship Building: Develop high-quality relationships with guests throughout their stay to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role in a 5-star luxury hotel.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or equivalent.
- Skills: Knowledge of MS Office and Opera system, ability to speak other languages (preferably Russian), strong verbal and written communication skills, and pride in personal presentation.
- Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure, multitask, and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues.
