About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Guest Relations Manager to join our team at Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island. As a key member of our Guest Services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our services and providing exceptional experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Guest Services Management: Oversee the daily operations of our Guest Services team, ensuring that all team members are properly trained and equipped to provide exceptional service to our guests.
  2. Complaint Resolution: Handle complaints, incidents, and accidents occurring in the hotel in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that our guests receive a high level of service and satisfaction.
  3. Team Motivation and Development: Motivate and develop our Guest Services team to upsell and ensure that the rates given match the instructions received, resulting in increased revenue and guest satisfaction.
  4. Guest Relationship Building: Develop high-quality relationships with guests throughout their stay to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role in a 5-star luxury hotel.
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or equivalent.
  3. Skills: Knowledge of MS Office and Opera system, ability to speak other languages (preferably Russian), strong verbal and written communication skills, and pride in personal presentation.
  4. Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure, multitask, and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues.
