Hostess - Guest Service Expert

As a Hostess at Accor Hotel, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service while supporting your colleagues. Your role will involve consistently offering professional, friendly, and proactive service to our guests, while promoting a positive working relationship with your colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm and welcoming service to guests upon arrival and throughout their stay
- Support fellow colleagues in delivering exceptional service and maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Ensure that all interactions with guests and colleagues reflect the Rixos Bab Al Bahr Standards
- Attend pre-meal briefings and meetings to stay informed and improve the guest experience
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages
Qualifications:
- Must possess outstanding guest service skills, professional presentation, and sophisticated communication skills
- Must be guest-oriented, have a vibrant personality, and radiate enthusiasm to assist people
- Proficient in the English language (verbal & written), second language is an asset (Russian)
- Must be able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, ever-changing environment
- Must be flexible in terms of working hours
- Must be computer-literate
- Must have minimum experience of 12 years in a 5-star luxury properties
