As a Hostess at Atlantis Resort, you will be expected to showcase your effective communication skills, customer service skills, and your efficiency as a team player in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, ensuring that every guest feels valued and respected.

In return, we will provide you with the right support and training to help you excel in your role. You will have access to both external and internal training courses, developing your skills and fine-tuning your food and beverage acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive work environment
