- Communication and Customer Service: Provide excellent communication and customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge and Awareness: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel information, local services, and attractions to respond to guest queries.
- Cashiering and Accounting: Accurately administer front desk cashiering standards and comply with all laid-down systems, policies, and procedures.
- Teamwork and Adaptability: Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and be a great team player, thriving in working with a multi-cultural team and guests alike.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in hospitality or a related field.
- Previous experience in the Front Office Department within a hotel.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Computer literacy and previous experience with Opera are an advantage.
