- Recruitment and Hiring: Support branch recruitment efforts, including interviewing, hiring, and orienting field staff.
- Client Engagement: Make service calls to referral sources to offer available personnel and gather information regarding client needs.
- Case Management: Track physician orders, case conferences, re-certifications, in-service, and supervisory visits, ensuring seamless care delivery.
- Supply Management: Order and monitor medical and office supplies under the direction of the supervising nurse and Branch Director.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with licensure and credentialing requirements, maintaining the integrity of employee personnel files and client charts.
- Data Entry: Complete data entry as assigned, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Counseling and Resolution: Counsel field employees on non-clinical matters, initiate complaint and service failure reporting, and investigate and resolve issues.
- Company Standards: Exemplify AWESome company standards, upholding our values and mission.
- Additional Duties: Perform all other duties as assigned, contributing to the success of our team.
- Education: Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, with two or more years of college required.
- Experience: At least one year of training or experience in a service-related industry, with a minimum of one year of experience in home health care, preferably with commercial insurance and private pay experience.
- Skills: Emphasize problem-solving skills in a patient care setting, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
