Job Overview

As a Commercial Account Manager at NetApp, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth within an assigned territory by managing a pipeline of sales opportunities. This involves developing strategic plans to align the full account team on territory growth strategy, collaborating with partners to achieve territory-specific revenue goals, and ensuring operational hygiene to achieve business management excellence.

This role requires strong communication skills, presentation skills, customer service, and negotiation skills to deliver NetApp's strategy, vision, and messaging to customers, prospects, and partners. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to achieve assigned territory revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop a comprehensive territory plan that includes account strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth.
  2. Collaborate with partners to develop and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities that meet or exceed territory-specific revenue goals.
  3. Ensure accurate sales forecasting and operational hygiene to maintain business management excellence.
  4. Deliver NetApp's strategy, vision, and messaging to customers, prospects, and partners through effective communication and presentations.
