Thisrole holds a foundational significance within our organizationserving as a cornerstone in our strategic framework. As a keycontributor to our success you will play a vital role in steeringour initiative towards excellence. Reporting directly to theRegional Market Director you will be entrusted with substantialresponsibilities that directly impact on our organizationaltrajectory.


KeyResponsibilities:

  • MarketAnalysis:
    • Conductthorough market research to identify potential clients and industrytrends.
    • Analysecompetitor activities and market dynamics to develop effectivesalesstrategies.
      • SalesStrategy andPlanning:
        • Developand implement a comprehensive sales plan to achieve revenue targetsand marketpenetration.
        • Collaboratewith the sales team and other departments to align strategies withorganizationalgoals.
          • ClientRelationshipManagement:
            • Buildand maintain strong relationships with key clients andstakeholders.
            • Understandclients business needs and challenges to propose tailored datasolutions and digital enablementstrategies.
              • ProductKnowledge:
                • Stayupdated on the latest advancements in data and digitalsolutions.
                • Effectivelycommunicate our evolving value proposition to keyaccounts.
                  • SalesPresentations andDemonstrations:
                    • Delivercompelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase thebenefits of the companysofferings.
                    • Addressclient concerns and objections providing clear and concisesolutions.
                      • SalesNegotiation andClosing:
                        • Negotiateterms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficialagreements.
                        • Closesales deals and achieve or exceed quarterly and annual salestargets.
                          • Collaborationwith CrossfunctionalTeams:
                            • Workclosely with marketing technology partners and customer supportteams to ensure seamless coordination and customersatisfaction.
                              • SalesReporting andForecasting:
                                • Maintainaccurate and uptodate records of sales activities opportunities andcustomerinteractions.
                                • Provideregular sales reports and forecasts tomanagement.

QualificationsandSkills:

  • Bachelorsdegree in computer science Information technology or a relatedfield.
  • 57years of proven experience in B2B sales with a focus on datasolutions and digitalenablement.
  • Wellestablishednetwork across publicsector
  • Strongunderstanding of data analytics business intelligence and digitaltransformationtrends.
  • Excellentcommunication presentation and negotiationskills.
  • Abilityto work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment.
