Sales and Revenue Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Revenue Growth Manager to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK.

The Ideal Candidate
- We are looking for someone with a proven track record in sales and revenue growth.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales is required, with a strong understanding of the regional sales market.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A good command of English is required, and knowledge of Arabic is preferred but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop existing business levels within a defined geographical territory.
- Achievement of personal target in a defined territory.
- Personal Salesforce.com and Point Global records maintenance.
- Diary Management.
- Grow existing customer base.
- Support marketing campaigns with the direction of the Marketing Executive and the General Manager System Certification.
New Business Development
- In agreement with the General Manager - Commercial MEA:
- a) Target accounts with whom our share of business is low to win business from competitors.
- b) Ensure that all territorial opportunities for in-house training and certification are identified and developed.
- c) Identify training needs and opportunities of clients and provide solutions.
- d) Identify and secure non-user accounts with potential.
