We are seeking an experienced Sales and Revenue Growth Manager to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK.

The Ideal Candidate

  • We are looking for someone with a proven track record in sales and revenue growth.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales is required, with a strong understanding of the regional sales market.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A good command of English is required, and knowledge of Arabic is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop existing business levels within a defined geographical territory.
  • Achievement of personal target in a defined territory.
  • Personal Salesforce.com and Point Global records maintenance.
  • Diary Management.
  • Grow existing customer base.
  • Support marketing campaigns with the direction of the Marketing Executive and the General Manager System Certification.

New Business Development

  • In agreement with the General Manager - Commercial MEA:
  • a) Target accounts with whom our share of business is low to win business from competitors.
  • b) Ensure that all territorial opportunities for in-house training and certification are identified and developed.
  • c) Identify training needs and opportunities of clients and provide solutions.
  • d) Identify and secure non-user accounts with potential.
