Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Administration Executive at Talent Pal sharjah, you will be responsible for receiving and processing purchase orders, issuing sales transaction invoices, and verifying orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Key Performance Indicators:
  • Receiving and processing purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Issuing sales transaction invoices and ensuring timely payment.
  • Verifying orders to ensure accuracy and completeness, including customers' personal information and payment details.
  • Providing excellent customer service by responding to queries and obtaining missing information.
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Compiling monthly sales reports to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Expediting orders through internal liaison to ensure timely delivery.
  • Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments to improve services.
  • Identifying new products to add to our offerings and supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks as needed.
