Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Technical Issues: Utilize your analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues through remote and on-site support.
  • Log and Manage Support Tickets: Efficiently operate the Cisco Finesse platform to manage incoming support requests and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with IT Team Members: Work closely with other IT team members and external vendors to resolve issues and implement solutions.
  • Provide Training and Guidance: Assist in the development and execution of IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
  • Maintain Technical Documentation: Update and maintain technical documentation, including knowledge base articles and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in desktop support or a similar IT support role.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of ServiceNow and Cisco Finesse platforms, proficient in Windows and Mac operating systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with a strong customer service orientation.

Location: Onsite at the DOC office in Washington, DC.
